South West's Learning On Line system (SW-LOL) is owned and operated by South West and may be accessed by authorised users only. Unauthorised access to or use of this system is strictly prohibited. Authorised users must not allow others to use their passwords.

Some of your personal information - such as payroll number, position title, organisation unit - is available to the SW-LOL system. Training data such as your attendance at in-house training programs as well as external training programs are recorded within the system. This training data will be used for reporting purposes by your line manager in order to manage team training programs and by People & Culture for accreditation purposes.

By accessing and using SW-LOL you agree that you:

• will not share your password
• understand that your activity is monitored by Queensland Health
• will maintain confidentiality in relation to any information viewed within SW-LOL

Questions concerning usage policy should be directed to your line manager in the first instance.
